All of our products are individually handmade, which means each item is unique and may have slight variations in colour, shape, or texture. These small differences are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to minor variations or buyer’s remorse. Returns or refunds will only be considered for items damaged or defective due to shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Damages and Issues
If your item was damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us within this period to initiate the return process.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it - unused and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
